We communicate with patients and we like to understand what they are looking for because my perspective about the smile, maybe they’re different than their perspective. So we sit down and we try to see what the patient is looking for. So we kind of meet in the middle, trying our best to meet the patient’s expectations and try to make them happy. Honestly, it’s very important even for your self-esteem.
If you wake up in the morning and you look at yourself in the mirror with a big smile and you’re so happy about your smile, to me, that is the most important thing. So we try our best to meet our patient’s expectations. What we usually do is that we kind of do a test drive for the smile. We don’t go to the final restorations right away. We try it on the patient’s inside the patient’s mouth and we let them see it themselves. And then if they like it, we’ll go for it. And if they don’t, we can just accommodate all the changes they wanna do.
